TRANSPARENCY AT CONFERENCES

SFEE supports the information and training of Health Professionals, including sponsorship and/or participation in events, conferences and other types of meetings, provided that they are organized and implemented with the highest standards of ethics and transparency.

The purpose of the platform is to evaluate Type A (internal) conferences based on the principles defined by the current Code of Conduct of SFEE for the proper conduct of scientific events (see articles 21 and 22).

REGISTER OF NON-INTERVENTIONAL CLINICAL STUDIES – RNICS

This website refers to the electronic Register of Non-Interventional Studies (RNIS) and is posted on the website of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE).  It is an integral part of the Code of Conduct of SFEE (Code) as amended by the General Assembly on 8/3/2013 (8 March 2013) and is in force as of 8/3/2013 (8 March 2013).

The Register includes all registered RNIS (EMA annex March 2011), which are conducted by the pharmaceutical companies – members of SFEE and enroll patients as of 1/1/2013.
More specifically, the following are listed and published in the Register:

  • the geographical distribution of the research centers in the study
  • the estimated number of participants
  • research allowance per completed patient registration form filling
  • the timetable for its conduct, and
  • the results after its completion
